Culprit: overheating! I also have had to make sure that for that computer, whatever browser I use does not open multiple pages at the same time, otherwise the CPU flatlines at 100% while so I went to advanced configuration and but to NEVER turn off, in ALL CASES.well, after I changed it BACK to the default configuration, immediately my cpu came back to its it's a miracle!I really hope I help somebody!
