My problem is that so-far on Windows 10, when I open a program (such as MS Edge) and move it to my secondary monitor and close it, it re-opens on the Just spent 5 hours trying to solve this issue and this solution solved it. I found no hassles applying the given solution, was very easy and quick.

I just upgraded from 7 to 8.1 and finding there are some minor differences I have to learn/fix to behave how I want. Sign in to add this to Watch Later Add to Loading playlists... Hopefully MS will pickup on this issue and provide a fix in the near future.
