[Windows 8.1] Blank Icon In Notifications List
This is the tenth thing I've tried. I added Persian language to my language list in Control Panel -> Language. I do wonder how common blank, non-working icons are? The time now is 06:36. Here I searched for the old Lumia Storyteller and found a handy link in a PR article... ... I had installed a couple of games and couldnt get rid of these until I found this page.

Locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL-MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network Right-click this subkey, click Export , and then save the selected branch in a file. Unfortunately, where the traditional windows desktop lets you open as many windows as you want on any display, Windows 8.1 only allows one window for every 590 pixels of screen real There's always the good old registry to fix almost everything. There's probably an underlying pattern to the issue, but I haven't spotted it yet.
