Finally , did it AFTER unplug Data Line. After rebooting, run the commands above again. It's called the Windows Update Troubleshooter. Due to limiting internet speed and bandwidth, using the Media Creation Tool is avoided as much as possible.
Also some of them (like Internet explorer actually pop up behind all the windows so you need to keep an eye on the taskbar as well. We show you how it works and what you can customize. It did not immediately dawn on me what that meant, but I had always used a local account and switched to the Microsoft account and it worked.
