To test, I performed: 1) Fresh Reboot - Documents folder opend quickly 2) Opened Outlook (OST approx 260 MB, PST 625MB) 3) Documents folder is now slow (10 sec) 4) Left There was no perceptible difference in opening times for an Explorer window under either circumstance. They no longer come with XP. Itried to figure out what was slowingit down. If you don't turn off both, one will look for the other in an endless loop, slowing the system down.
