I've read elsewhere that some routers have a setting to not allow wireless traffic into the wired side of the router, but I do not believe my router has that feature.

Select the option to use a Dynamic DNS service and then pick the service you want from the drop-down list. It is the same whether accessing wireless or Ethernet and I have tried everything that has been suggested by various forums so am now going insane with this...
