Since I needed autocad & I needed all of the program names I had to find a fix -- I looked at the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall - found autocad -- compared If the installers data is deleted /lost then A/R thinks it was sucessful cos the error is in the installer not A/R.
