The telephone cord connection goes from the outlet to the phone to the AIO to the XP Home desktop modem. I have no idea why Snappy Fax worked fine for the trial version and would not work correctly for the pay version. I installed and used the repair tool, rebooted several times, kept trying ... He must be capable of receiving the fax.
