My upload and download rates are up pretty high even when idle and no programs are open.I tried the technique in http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=17583 renaming mbam.exe to winlogon.exe. Great stuff just simply great. (Important) if you save the extractable file and it will not open when clicked.
