I've formatted the harddisk (no important files yet) but I cannot install windows 8 on it again. Then quickly tap F12 and select atapi cd 1

There are lots of things to consider about your problem of "can't install windows 8". What happens when you press the Recovery Button (Next to Power Button) just after Power On?
