Can't Maximize Window In Windows 10
This should launch a new window listing various files and folders in Windows Explorer. You did not say HOW did you download and install Windows 10. I also have a DVI connection which might have caused a conflict. You often can force it to appear on the screen by right-clicking the little thumbnail image above the Taskbar and choosing Maximize. I use Visual Studio 2015, that is a great example of the issue. I tried dragging up on the top of the task bar and they seem to have come together, only there's still a little black bar at the bottom.
