Trying To Rid Me Of Winantivirus For Good

I have tried researching it on another computer but as i have no experience with this kind of thing i have been unsuccessful at trying to get rid of the malware. Even running on safemode it blocks web browsers. I think it is called Microsoft security essentials. Now i cannot even open web browses as the malware blocks them. btw "malware" was seriously wide definition and in most cases, commercial stuff/tools/packages can't do anything[worth time/money]interesting/helpful.
Haven't had any problems since I hope you performed a FULL system check after that and reset your pc to an earlier state (in case your registry got tampered with)? I realise that this isn't a great place to post this but i know that the people on this forum are very reliable. but if you insisted on trying - try start from downloading DrWeb LiveCD's with Linux&DrWeb anti-virus inside. In my case it was las.exe.
Also i am terrible with computers...
