Reboot and see if the long wait for login is gone. A case like this could easily cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Only Administrators should be checking for updates on applications that are installed per-machine, not normal users. The case I'm covering is not associated with the blastclnnn.exe variant.

The message is telling us that something is trying to interact with us in session 0 but has no way to display in session1. Here's the new link. Searching the registry may show more.
